"Returning it turned into way more hassle than I expected"
I was just trying to exchange a camera bag, which seemed like it should be simple, but it kind of turned into a whole thing. First the emails took a few days between replies, then I had to go back and reread the return rules because they weren’t super clear to me. Maybe I missed something, but it felt more complicated than it needed to be. And then after all that, I still had to pay to ship it back, which was annoying. The part that really got me was that they only offered store credit in the end. I don’t know, for a camera bag exchange, it just felt like way too much trouble and stress

I reached out to support and it took them days to get back to me, which felt unnecessary for such a simple issue. Not the worst experience, but definitely slower than I expected
"Helpful staff who actually knew their stuff"
I stopped by after looking around on leicastoremiami.com because I had a few lens questions, the staff was great. They actually knew what they were talking about and didn’t make me feel like I was being pushed into buying something. I always get a little distracted in camera stores anyway, kind of like when you go into a bookstore for one thing and suddenly forget what year it is, but they kept the conversation easy and helpful.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the online reply time was a little slow. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning. Once I was in the store though, they were really honest with their advice and took the time to explain things without rushing me, which I appreciated.
"Usable, but more worn than I expected"
I picked up this used lens because it was listed as being in good condition, and I guess everyone’s definition of “good” is a little different. It does work, so I’m not saying it was a total miss, but there were more scuffs and dust than I personally would’ve expected from the description. To me, it felt a bit oversold for the condition it arrived in.

"Got the Wrong Item, Somehow"
I ordered one thing, and they managed to send me something completely different. The funny part is the receipt was correct, so clearly the paperwork knew what was going on, even if the box didn’t.
Pretty frustrating since I actually needed the item I paid for, not a surprise mystery replacement. Now I get to spend my time chasing emails and return instructions, which is obviously exactly what I hoped for with my first order

My lens box arrived badly crushed, and the packaging was not great. Maybe I just got unlucky, but if this is how they pack one item, I’d be worried about ordering anything fragile again.

I had a small issue with my order and, umm, it took a couple of emails to get it sorted. To be fair, they did keep me updated and fixed it in the end. Not perfect from the start, but I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Found the lens I was hunting for"
I ended up checking leicastoremiami.com after striking out at a few other places for a lens, and surprisingly, they actually had it in stock. The site was easy enough to browse and check inventory, though a couple of items could’ve used clearer status info. But honestly? I was just relieved to find what I needed. Overall, solid experience, and they had way more Leica gear available than I expected.

I thought the prices were reasonable overall. You get what you pay for, and in this case it felt fair for what I received. Nothing over the top, just good value that makes sense.

"Not convinced it was legit"
I got my order, but something about the product just felt off. The packaging didn’t look quite right, and I couldn’t verify the serial number the way I expected to. I tried reaching out about it, but I kept getting transferred around, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but I didn’t feel confident it was authentic. I wouldn’t buy from them again

"Pretty good response time overall"
I had a question about my order, mostly because I was checking my email while making coffee and realized I wasn’t totally sure what was going on with it. I reached out and they got back to me quick. It wasn’t instant or anything, but it was a fair amount of time and their answer was clear. Overall the communication was good, I just kind of wish the updates came a little sooner.

I spent some time browsing leicastoremiami.com and overall the site was easy to use. The product pages loaded fine, the photos were clear, and checkout wasn’t confusing, which I appreciated. That said, the filters could definitely be better. I had to click around more than I expected just to find what I was looking for, and I’d expect at least a quick apology or acknowledgment for that kind of hassle. Still, the overall experience was good.

"Nice cameras, but the in-store help was kind of a letdown"
I went in because I wanted to ask about a used lens, the store itself looked really nice. Like, very Leica, clean and polished and all that. But the staff... I don’t know, it kind of felt like I was interrupting them just by being there. I got short answers, stood around waiting longer than I expected, and never really felt like anyone wanted to help. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but for a Leica store, I guess I expected better.

"Good product, but the support was frustrating"
I was happy with the product itself, but the experience after buying it wasn’t great. I had a small issue with my order, so I sent an email thinking it would be a quick fix. Instead, I ended up waiting a few days just to get a clear answer. When the replies did come, they felt kind of short and didn’t really solve the problem. For what I paid, I expected a smoother support experience. The product is fine, but customer support definitely needs some work

The trade-in process was fine overall, but it definitely took longer than they told me it would. I wasn’t expecting it to drag out like that, so that part was weird. Not terrible, just kind of okay.

"Felt Left in the Dark During the Workshop"
I was really hoping the workshop would be helpful, but it felt disorganized from the start. The event began late, and there wasn’t much communication about what was happening or when things would actually get going. I kind of felt left in the dark most of the time, which made the whole experience more confusing than it needed to be
